Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 12–25 business days
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email within 24–48 hours. Use the link in the email or visit our Track My Order page.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on orders over 400 kr. Orders below this amount have a small shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible at support@drivegear.store. After this time, your order may already be processed.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will review your case and provide a solution.

Are your products good quality?
We select products based on quality, usability, and customer feedback. If a product does not meet expectations, our return policy has you covered.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
How long do refunds take?
