At DriveGear, we work hard to get your order to you as fast as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Please note: orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

- Free shipping on all orders over $40
- $4.99 flat rate on orders under $40
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email within 24 hours. Use the tracking link in the email to follow your package. You can also visit our Track My Order page and enter your order number and email address.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@drivegear.store with your order number. We'll investigate and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
