30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and not show signs of use.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@drivegear.store with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- A photo if the item is damaged or defective
- We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Not show signs of use
- In original packaging where possible
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Used or damaged items not due to a defect
Refund Timeline
- Processing: 3–5 business days after approval
- Bank processing: 2–5 additional days depending on your provider
