Shipping Policy
At DriveGear, we work hard to get your order to you as fast as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods such as holidays.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over 400 kr
- Standard shipping: 49 kr on orders under 400 kr
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email within 24 hours. You can use the tracking link provided to follow your package in real time.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us immediately at adminalivion@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue with either a free replacement or a full refund.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. DriveGear is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us at adminalivion@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
